* BTCNJ membership is only $25/year. Becoming a member before registering for the Rally, taking advantage of the member’s discount, means you can get a year of membership for only $10!

 

Minors under the age of 18 ride for free and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (sorry, there are no exceptions).

Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis. BTCNJ reserves the right not to refund registration fees. No refunds will be made after July 31, 2019.

Day of the Ramapo Rally

Check-in is from 7 am to 10 am.

Make sure to bring:

  • A copy of your registration confirmation. 
  • A bike in proper working condition, at least one spare tube and tools to fix a flat tire.
  • A helmet (all riders must wear helmet).
  • Water bottles.

Park your vehicle as directed. Check in at the registration desk to receive your bib and wristband. Cuesheets will be available in the registration area.

Attention: BTCNJ reserves the right to refuse any rider from participating in the rally for failing to comply with these requirements or for any unsafe behavior.

By registering for the Ramapo Rally, you agree that persons, including BTCNJ’s sponsors, may regularly take photographs of BTCNJ’s members, guests, and participants at the Ramapo Rally. By participating in or attending BTCNJ’s Ramapo Rally, you give permission for your image and likeness to be properly used by such persons or BTCNJ.
